What’s more exciting to a child than finding a worm in the garden? Finding 1,000 worms in the garden!
We have been exploring worms over the past several weeks. Composting worms and earth worms both have very important jobs to do in our garden.
The children observed the similarities and differences between earth worms and composting worms. They even had the opportunity to see the worms at work under the soil.
How does it feel?
What do you notice?
I wonder…
Worms are squishy, slimy, and so important for our gardens!
