Primary Outdoor Classroom Expands

Reclaiming natural places! Tons of concrete was removed from the Primary’s outdoor classroom last week and the arborist arrived yesterday to plant five beautiful native trees.

As the children watched this process, they had so many questions.

Why do they have to use a jackhammer to dig some holes but not others?

Why are the leaves different shapes and colors? I wonder how heavy those trees are?

What are those little balls on that tree? Why aren’t they on the other trees?

So much observation, so much wondering, so much learning!
