Join Jennifer and Nancy Kosub in the Primary classroom to learn about your role as a volunteer during the school days.  This training is mandatory for all who can spend time on campus when the children are present.

Join other Marvelously Made dads to connect and learn about ways you can get involved and support the school this year.  Tacos and Coffee will be served. 

We will meet in the Cottage outdoor classroom.  Enter the gate on Antonio Drive that is to the right of the Little Free Library and the red benches.

Pizza Lunch is a fundraiser and community builder for us all. Families make reservations for $5 per person and sign up to bring a salad or side dish.

On the day of Pizza Lunch you pick up your child as usual and all who are staying head over to the Cottage Outdoor Classroom for lunch.

The sides and salads are set up for you by some of our amazing parents and we purchase the pizza and drinks with the reservation money.

After eating you are welcome to supervise your children as they play in the Outdoor Classroom (no teachers are on duty). Extended family or friends are welcome to attend.

Parent-Teacher Connection Day is what we call our Fall conference. During these 20 minute meetings, you get to hear from the teachers how your child is adjusting to school and some insights into his/her day and you get to share any feedback you have with us.

Conference times will be preassigned by the teacher and will take place between 8:00am and 2:30pm.

If a dad can't attend, a grandpa or other special person in the child's life may come along. No siblings are allowed on this day, so please make proper arrangements.

Parents who participate in these have a much better understanding of what the children are doing at school, make connections with other parents and build stronger relationships for themselves and their children, and have fewer questions about what is happening at Marvelously Made. We host these for you and the benefit of your children!

Bring yourself and your KitchenAid mixer to help us mix the dough for our fabulous Gingerbread Houses. As always, many hands (and mixers) make light work! A Sign-Up Genius link will be sent for you to volunteer in the first week of November.

The Gingerbread Party is an annual fundraising event loved by our families. Great big amazing Gingerbread houses (and men) are available to purchase. On this morning you bring your family to the fellowship hall at the church to decorate your house. A huge candy bar is set up with all things needed to decorate your house.

NO SCHOOL

This is our annual Spaghetti Dinner and Science Night!

The Collective children will share a science experiment they have developed to share with the community.

Tickets are sold for dinner, and our community joins to fellowship and enjoy eating together.

Conference times and details will be sent home prior to today.
Be sure to send your child's teacher any questions you have or topics you would like to discuss by the deadline requested so that she can be prepared to make the most of your time together.

Childcare is not provided, however, (WEATHER PERMITTING) parents are welcome to partner to watch one another's children in the Farmhouse Outdoor Classroom if they wish.

Teacher Workday

Each year Marvelously Made has a float in this small-town parade!  After the parade, we hold a  school-wide picnic at Marvelously Made.  All families are invited to participate (you don't have to be part of the parade to attend the picnic).  

Parade details and picnic reservations ($5/person) will go home prior to the event.  
The school gates open for the picnic when the float arrives at the school.

This is a regular school day for the children. Bring your child and their snack to school as usual. The teachers will walk the children to the church for their celebration. Parents return for the celebration at the designated time.
