While learning about Ancient Greece, the Collective students (4th-8th grade) were inspired to host their first annal Collective Olympics. This endeavor was entirely student led.
Students polled their peers to determine which events to include and created a detailed schedule of competitions.
They selected and researched countries to represent and designed team flags.
They gathered all necessary supplies and worked collaboratively to problem solve and delegate responsibilities.
Events will continue over the next couple of weeks, culminating in a closing ceremony.
